1. Who we are

This website is operated by Solostep, a division of Desire Matrix, Chandigarh 160001, India ("we", "us"). Our registered business details and grievance contact are listed on our Contact page.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to browse this site or place an order. By using the site you confirm that you meet this requirement. We may cancel any order where we have reason to believe the buyer is a minor.

3. Products and descriptions

Our products are intimate wellness devices. They are not medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition. Product descriptions, materials and specifications are supplied by our vendors; while we work to keep them accurate, colours and finishes may vary slightly from the images shown.

4. Pricing and ordering

All prices are in Indian Rupees and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Orders placed through WhatsApp are confirmed only once we reply confirming stock, price and delivery address. We may decline or cancel an order where an item is out of stock, the price was listed in error, or the delivery address is not serviceable.

5. Payment

We offer Cash on Delivery across India. Where an online payment option is offered, it is processed by a third-party payment provider and we do not store your card details.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site, submit false reviews, attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, or copy our content for commercial purposes without permission.

7. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability in relation to any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Indian law, including under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India shall have jurisdiction over any dispute.

9. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time you place an order is the version that applies to that order.
