Every order ships in a plain kraft corrugated box sealed with ordinary brown tape. There are no logos, no images and no product names anywhere on the outside. The shipping label carries your address, a tracking code and a neutral sender name. The words "Solostep", "Desirematrix" and any adult or product term appear nowhere on the parcel. From the outside it looks like any other e-commerce delivery.
