Where we deliver

We deliver across India through established courier partners. If your PIN code turns out to be non-serviceable after you order, we will contact you and refund or cancel the order at no cost to you.

Dispatch and delivery time

• Orders are dispatched within 1-2 business days of confirmation.
• Typical delivery is 2-5 business days depending on your location.
• Remote and north-eastern PIN codes may take longer.

Delivery estimates are indicative, not guaranteed. Courier delays, weather and public holidays can extend them.

Shipping charges

• Free standard shipping on orders of Rs. 999 and above.
• A flat Rs. 99 shipping charge applies to orders below Rs. 999.
• Discreet packaging is always free.

Discreet packaging

Every order ships in a plain, unmarked box. The shipping label carries no product name, no category name and no adult keywords. The sender name on the label is neutral. Nothing on the outside of the parcel indicates what is inside.

Cash on Delivery

Cash on Delivery is available on most orders across India. Our courier partner may ask for payment in cash or by UPI at the door depending on the location.

Tracking

Once your order is dispatched we will share the tracking number on the WhatsApp number or email you ordered from.

Failed deliveries

Couriers normally attempt delivery up to three times. If all attempts fail or the parcel is refused, it returns to us and we will contact you to arrange a re-ship or a refund of the product value.
