Reporting a problem

If a file will not convert, the details that actually help are: the source format, roughly how large the file is, which browser and device you are using, and the exact wording of the error. Please do not send the file itself — it never reached us during the conversion, and it does not need to now.

Suggesting a tool

Tell me the conversion and, more importantly, what you were trying to accomplish. "I need a passport photo under 50KB for a portal that rejects anything larger" is far more useful than "add a resize tool".
